Project Management Officer
About The Role:
Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, especially Trello , Need encourage to all Relevant HOD’s use Trello properly
Core Work Activities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, and develop solutions to address them.
- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance and support.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Trello experience or similar (Asana, Monday.com)
- Strong Character, Excellent interpersonal and communication
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (computer science, business)
- State locals only, not expat
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, including experience managing large, complex projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
