About the role:

The ideal candidate will lead the team to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue, and ensure a memorable guest experience in one of Bali’s most exciting nightlife spots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Utopia Cave, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Manage and lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, events, and culinary teams, to create a cohesive and unforgettable experience for guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety within the club.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Female and Proven experience in a managerial role within a luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the Bali luxury hospitality market and international guest expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
