Guest Relations Supervisor
About the role:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded, while managing and
resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, mentor, and motivate the Guest Relations team to consistently deliver top-notch service.
- Supervise the Guest Relations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Greet VIP guests and ensure they receive personalized service during their visit.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with the Guest Relations Manager and other department heads to ensure any guest-related issues are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Proven 1+ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or beach club.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to speak and understand English or other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management tools is a bonus.
