Guest Relations Officer
About the role:
Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about our services,and facilities.
- Monitor and manage the guest experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Support the management team with guest-related reports and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
