Growth & Mindset Manager
About the role:
Responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance. This role focuses on training, career development, and talent management, ensuring that individuals and teams have the tools, skills, and support needed to succeed. Collaborating with leadership, the manager fosters a positive workplace culture, drives continuous learning initiatives, and aligns staff development with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee employee development programs that promote growth, learning, and skill enhancement across all levels.
- Identify training needs and create customized learning paths aligned with individual and organizational goals.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to foster continuous personal and professional development.
- Cultivate a growth-oriented mindset within the organization, encouraging innovation, resilience, and adaptability.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to enhance their leadership capabilities and overcome obstacles.
- Develop strategies to engage employees and retain top talent by fostering an environment of personal and professional growth.
- Track the success and impact of development initiatives through metrics, feedback, and employee performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of growth and mindset programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, leadership development, or a similar role.
- Certified coach credentials i.e ICF, ACC, PCC or similar preferred.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing leadership or mindset programs.
- Strong knowledge of mindset theories, emotional intelligence, and leadership frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills
