About the role:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area by washing dishes,
cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Core Work Activities:
● Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment.
● Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and waste disposal
stations.
● Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks during and after service operations.
Key Requirements:
● 6 months of internship/daily worker or equivalent experiences.
● Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
