About the role:
Will provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensure an enjoyable dining experience,
and contribute to creating unforgettable moments at one of Bali’s premier beach clubs.

Core Work Activities:
● Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
● Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
● Present bills and process payments accurately.
● Cleanliness and Organization
● Restock and organize dining and service areas.
● Work collaboratively with other waitstaff and kitchen/bar teams to ensure smooth
service.

Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in Waiter/Waitress or a related role, with at least 1 year of
experience.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Basic math skills for processing payments.
● Ability to handle high-tension situations and multitask.
● Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
● A professional and well-groomed appearance.
● Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
