About the role:
Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for guests.
Responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the overall
smooth operation of the front-of-house.
Core Work Activities:
● Escort guests to their assigned tables, taking into consideration their preferences and
any special requests.
● Assist in managing the reservation system, ensuring that reservations are confirmed and
adjusted as needed.
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests’ inquiries and concerns.
Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in Hostess or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially comfortable speaking in
English.
● Polite and professional demeanor.
● Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
● A neat and presentable appearance.
