GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
About the role:
Responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, and
ensuring they have an exceptional experience during their visit.
Core Work Activities:
● Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
● Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
● Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
● Provide information about our services,and facilities.
● Monitor and manage the guest experience to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
● Support the management team with guest-related reports and feedback.
Key Requirements:
● Proven 1 year experience in a guest relations or customer service role.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in English
● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
● A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
