FLOOR SUPERVISOR
About the role:
Ensure excellent service quality, smooth workflow, and guest satisfaction. This role supports the
Restaurant Manager by guiding the service team, maintaining operational standards, and
ensuring all guests receive a consistent and memorable dining experience.
Core Work Activities:
● Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff performance, service flow, and
table management.
● Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver professional and friendly service at all
times.
● Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
● Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
● Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and support ordering
processes as needed.
● Assist with shift scheduling, staff briefings, and performance feedback.
● Support the execution of special events, promotions, and operational initiatives.
Key Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B
industry.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
● Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
● Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
