CLUB MANAGER
About the role:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality service, and managing staff to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.
Core Work Activities:
● Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
● Monitor and control restaurant budget and expenses.
● Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
● Ensure food and service quality meet established standards.
● Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
● Monitor market trends and competition.
Key Requirements:
● Proven 3+ experience as a Club Manager, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or
similar role in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or beach club.
● Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication
skills
● In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
processes.
● Strong customer service skills are crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for
guests.
● Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, and other restaurant
management software.
● Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
● Budgeting and cost management capabilities.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
